1. Eligibility for Returns

You may return most unused products within 7 days of delivery, provided they are in original packaging, unused, and with all tags intact. Custom or personalized items cannot be returned.

3. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

4. Refund Timeline

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds are credited to the original payment method via Cashfree.

5. Shipping Costs

Shipping charges are non-refundable except in cases of damaged or defective items. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective.

6. Exchanges

We offer exchanges for size or color mismatches, subject to stock availability. Contact us to arrange an exchange.

7. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your order within 2 hours of placing it, provided it hasn't been shipped. After shipping, cancellation is not possible.

8. Payment Gateway Refunds

Refunds are processed through Cashfree. It may take an additional 2-3 business days for the amount to reflect in your account, depending on your bank/UPI provider.
